Recipe - Reuben Macaroni Salad

1 One half cup Elbow or twist macaroni
One half pound Cooked corned beef; minced
1 cup Swiss cheese; shredded
16 ounce Sauerkraut; drained
One half teaspoon Caraway seed
2/3 cup Bottled Russian dressing
2 Tomatoescut into wedges;
optional
Cook macaroni until tender; drain and cool. In a large bowl, combine the
corned beef, cheese, sauerkraut, caraway seed and Russian dressing. Add
cooked macaroni, and toss thoroughly. Serve with tomato wedges, if desired.

a can of kidney beans. This was a delicious maincourse salad to have on a
warm day.
