Recipe - Reuben Cassorole A La Orcas

8 ounce Wide noodles
3 tablespoon Butter or margarine
;softened
1 pound Sauerkraut; drained
2 cup Corned beef; chopped
2 md Tomatoes; peeled and cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Thousand Island dressing
2 cup Swiss cheese; shredded
4 Crisp rye crackers; crushed
One half teaspoon Caraway seed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2quart baking dish. Cook noodles
according to package directions. Toss with the butter. Laer noodles, kraut,
corned beef, and tomatoes in prepared baking dish. DOt with salad dressing
and sprinkle with cheese. Top with crushed cracker crumbs and caraway
seed. Bake, covered, for 40 minbutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more,
or until bubbly.
