Recipe - Reuben Burgers

1 pound Extralean ground beef;
1 small Onion; minced
One half teaspoon Ground pepper; freshly
4 tablespoon To 8 tablespoon sauerkraut; drained
4 sl Lowfat Swiss cheese;
4 sl Rye bread;
4 tablespoon Russian Dressing;
Mix beef, onion, and ground pepper together and form 4 patties of
equal size about 3/4" thick. Grill or broil, 4" from souce of heat,
for 3 minutes on each side for mediumrear. Place 1 to 2 tablespoon on the
center of each patty and top with one 1 ounce slice of lowfat Swiss
cheese. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes, until the cheese melts. Serve each
patty openface on a slice of toasted or grilled light rye bread.
Tope with each serving with 1 tablespoon Russian Dressing.
