Recipe - Reprocessing Unsealed Jars

1 16oz carton ricotta cheese
2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
1 One half cup Sugar
4 Eggs
3 tablespoon Cornstarch
3 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Stick butter, melted
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 16oz carton sour cream
1 Graham cracker crust
Combine all the above except the sour cream; fold sour cream in carefully;
pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Turn off
oven and let stand in oven for 1 hour. Cool and then refrigerate.
