4 tablespoon Butter; (One half stick) softened
One half cup Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon (optional); (One fourth to
1/2)
Cream the butter, sugar (and cinnamon, if added). Keep refrigerated. Let
soften at room temperature to spreadable consistency before using. Yield:
about One half cup
