Recipe - Relish For Black-Eyed Peas

1 Tomato; seeded and chopped
1 md Onion; chopped
1 md Cucumber; seeded and
chopped
One fourth cup Tomato ketchup
One half cup Vinegar
Over the chopped vegetables, pour the ketchup and vinegar. Let this
marinate overnight in refrigerator. Keep in covered jar. Serve over
steaming hot blackeyed peas. Yield: 1 cup.
