Recipe - Reggies Version Of Italian Cracked Wheat Bread

1 One half Lb Loaf:; (1 lb
loaf:)
2 One fourth teaspoon Active Dry Yeast; (1 One half t)
2 One half cup Bread Flour; (1 2/3 C)
Three fourths cup Cracked Wheat; (One half C)
1 One half tablespoon Sugar; (1 T)
1 One half teaspoon Salt; (1 t)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil; (2 t)
1 One fourth cup Water; (Three fourths C + 2 T)
Since I can't eat anything with pepper in it this is my version of this
bread. I must say that it was EXCELLENT even though I didn't have any
wheat germ to add (original recipe calls for wheat germ 3 T (2 T).
The next time I made this (the next day) I tossed in some toasted sesame
seeds and it was really good.
