Recipe - Redbook Meatballs

2 pound Ground beef
2 Eggs
1 cup Corn flake crumbs
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1/3 cup Parsley flakes
One half tablespoon Garlic powder
1/3 cup Catsup
2 tablespoon Onion; minced
1 pound Jellied cranberry sauce,
canned
Bottle chilie sauce; 12 oz
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Dark brown sugar
Combine all but last four ingredients and form into 60 meatballs. Combine
cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice and melt
together. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake uncovered 30 min. at
350 degrees.
