Recipe - Red Wine And Oregano Marinade

One fourth cup Finely chopped onion
One fourth cup Finely chopped fresh oregano
or 2 tsp. dry
6 Cloves garlic; minced
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth cup Dry red wine
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Extravirgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend well. Pour mixture
over lamb chops, beef steak, or lamb or beef cubes for kabobs. Let stand at
room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate. Makes Three fourths cupenough for 4
servings of meat.
