Recipe - Red Velvet Pound Cake

3 cup Unsifted flour
Three fourths cup Milk
3 cup Sugar
1 Bottled red food coloring
Three fourths cup Shortening
7 Eggs
One half cup Butter
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tablespoon Vanilla
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half cup Cocoa
ICING
8 ounce Cream cheese; soft
One half Box confectioners' sugar;
plus 2 tb
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half Stick butter; soft
CAKECream sugar, shortening, vanilla, food coloring and eggs. Add dry
ingredients and milk. Bake in large and floured tube pan for 1One half hours at
275~. Turn out of pan to cool for ICINGCream together cream cheese, sugar,
