Drained
1 cup Ricotta
2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
3 Garlic
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Kosher salt
1/8 To One fourth t
2 teaspoon Olive oil
Roasted red peppers
Hot pepper flakes
Proces garlic, oil and lemon juice for 20 sec. Add rest of ingredients and
process till it reaches desired consistency, Serve over fettucini or spread
some on cut or sliced up semolina bread and broil.
