One fourth cup Olive oil
One half small Onion, minced
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Red bell pepper, seeded and
minced
2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Coarse salt
One half teaspoon Ground black pepper
Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over moderate heat. Add onion and saute
until soft, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and bell pepper and saute another
2 minutes. Add vinegar, salt and pepper and heat through. Serve over
