Ingredients:
Red Meats Marinade recipe makes 4 Servings
One half cup Peanut oil
One half cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon White pepper ground
1 tablespoon Black peppercorns crushed
1 teaspoon Oregano crushed
2 Garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon Salt
One half cup Chianti
One half cup Soy sauce
One half cup Cider vinegar
4 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Chili powder
Mix well. Pour over meat cover and refrigerate for 624 hours. Use as a
