Ingredients:
Red Currant Jelly Sauce recipe makes 2 Servings
1 cup Heavy cream
One fourth cup Tart red currant jelly
Whip cream until stiff. With a fork, stir the jelly until it is broken up
into small pieces. Fold into the cream. Serve with Southern Sweet Potato
Pudding.
