Recipe - Recess (Not Reeces!) Peanut Butter Cups

2 cup Plain peanut butter
1 pack (11.5 oz.) Hershey's Milk
Chocolate Chips or
8 ounce Hershey Milk Chocolate Bar
4 tablespoon Butter
Cupcake liners, cut to 1"
deep, and set in cupcake
wells

In a heatproof cup set in hot water over low heat, heat 1 cup peanut
butter until soft and smooth. In top of double boiler over simmering water,
melt chocolate with remaining 1 cup peanut butter and butter, stirring
until smooth.
Place 1 T. warm chocolate mixture in bottom of each cupcake liner; let set
for One half hour. Top with 1 T. melted peanut butter; let set until peanut
butter is firm. Then spoon 1 T. more chocolate mixture over peanut butter
layer. Let set until firm.
NOTE: I used Reeses Peanut Butter and Dove Chocolate. Posted to TNT
