Recipe - Rec: Apple Kugel

1 Bag egg noodles or no yolk
noodles
One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Oil (more for a richer
taste)
2 Apples, depending on the
size, peeled and minced (up
to 5)
One half cup Sugar
Cinnamon to taste
1 pn Nutmeg (optional)
4 Eggs or
6 Egg whites

Boil noodles according to package directions. (about 10 minutes) Add salt
and oil. Add apples, sugar, and spices. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, and
add to mixture. Bake in greased (or sprayed with nonstick spray) pan at
350 degrees until golden brown.
