Recipe - Really Hot Hot Pepper Jelly

1 cup Ground bell pepper
Three fourths cup Ground hot peppers
6 One half cup Sugar
1 One half cup Cider vinegar
1 Bottle Certo
One fourth Tea green food color
(optional)
Remove seeds from peppers, grind and save juice. Measure ground peppers
with juice. Bring sugar, vinegar and peppers to rolling boil. Boil for 10
mins. Remove from heat. Add Certo and food color. Pour into sterilized
jars.
