Recipe - Ready Hamburger Mix

4 pound Lean Ground Beef
2 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Oregano
1 Large Onion, Chopped
One half teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Garlic Salt
Brown Ground Beef in a heavy skillet. Add onion and continue cooking over
medium heat until onions are golden. Add remaining ingredients.
Cool; spoon mixture into four 1pint containers, leaving 1/2inch space at
top. Label as READY HAMBURGER MIX and freeze. Use within 3 months.
Makes about 4 pints of READY HAMBURGER MIX.
