Recipe - Readers Granola

2 cup Oats, oldfashioned
1 One half cup Almonds; chopped
1 cup Coconut, shredded
One half cup Wheat germ, toasted
1 teaspoon Salt
14 ounce Milk, sweetened condensed
One fourth cup Oil, vegetable
1 One half cup Raisins
Preheat oven to 300F. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut,
wheat germ and salt. Stir in milk and oil and mix thoroughly. Spread on a
paperlined shallow baking pan and bake, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour,
or until golden. Stir in raisins. Let cool and store in an airtight
container.
