Recipe - Ray Edwards North Carolina Piedmont Sauce

Ingredients:

One half cup Black Pepper
One half cup Chili Powder
1 qt Yellow mustard
1 One half pound Brown sugar; (up to 2)
1 cup Salt or to taste
3 qt Ketchup
1 small Bottle Texas Pete
2 ga Brown Vinegar

This is an excellent recipe sent to me by a great cook. It makes three
gallons of deliciousBBQ Sauce.

Bring to boil and let simmer for 15 minutes.
