Recipe - Raspberrylime Pie

1 cn (14 oz.) sweetened condensed
milk
One half cup Lime juice
1 Carton (8 oz.) whipped
topping, thawed
Few drops red food coloring;
optional
1 cup Fresh raspberries
1 9 inch graham cracker pie
crust,, baked and cooled
Raspberries for garnish
Fesh mint leaves for garnish
In a mixing bowl, stir together milka nd lime juict (mixture will begin
tothicken). Mix in whipped topping. Add food coloring if desired. Gently
fold in raspberries. Spoon into pie crust. Chill. Garnishw ith raspberries
and mint.
