VINAIGRETTE
6 tablespoon Raspberry vinegar
1 One half tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 One half teaspoon Sugar
Three fourths teaspoon Pepper
Three fourths cup Olive oil
SALAD
1 lg Head red leaf lettuce
chopped
1 lg Head romaine lettuce
chopped
1 bn Arugula, chopped
Three fourths pound Mushrooms, chopped
Three fourths pound Tomatoes, chopped
4 Green onions, chopped
One fourth cup Minced fresh dill
Mix first 5 vinaigrette ingredients in small bowl. Gradually whisk in olive
oil. Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Add enough dressing to
season to taste and toss well.
