Recipe - Raspberry Vinaigrette 8

One half teaspoon Honey mustard
2 tablespoon Raspberry vinegar
Sea salt to taste
3 tablespoon Walnut oil
3 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Minced fresh tarragon
In a bowl. whisk together mustard vinegar, and salt to taste, add the oils
in a stream, whisking until it is emulsified. Stir in tarragon.
Makes One half cup.
