Recipe - Raspberry Mulled Cider

2 2/3 cup Apple cider or apple juice
1/3 cup Seedless red raspberry jam
1 One fourth teaspoon Lemon juice
4 Cinnamon sticks; for
garnish
Combine cider and jam in a nonreactive saucepan over medium heat. Whisk to
dissolve jam and simmer until cider is warm. Stir in lemon juice. Serve in
mugs with a cinnamon stick. Per serving: calories 150, fat 0.2g, 1%
calories from fat, cholesterol 0mg, protein 0.3g, carbohydrates 38.1g,
