RASPBERRY DRESSING
4 cup Greens; mixed, torn into
bitesized pieces
2 cup Chicken; cooked, cut up
1 cup Raspberries *
1/3 cup Celery; thinnly cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Almonds; cut or sliced up , toasted
Fresh ground black pepper
1 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon Raspberry wine vinegar OR
red wine vinegar
One half cup Raspberries *
2 teaspoon Sugar
* Frozen unsweetened loosepack raspberries, thawed and drained, can be
substituted for fresh raspberries. Toss salad greens, chicken, raspberries
and celery. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with Raspberry Dressing and
pepper. 4 servings.
RASPBERRY DRESSING: Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on
high speed for about 15 seconds or until smooth.
