Recipe - Range Chili

One half pound Kielbasa sausage; casing
removed
2 pound Ground beef
1 md Onion; chopped
One fourth teaspoon Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
29 ounce Diced tomatoes
32 ounce Pinto beans; drained
2 tablespoon Chili seasoning mix
In a soup pot, combine the sausage, ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and
pepper and cook over mediumhigh heat for 7 to 9 minutes, or until no pink
remains in the meat, stirring frequently. Add the vinegar, tomatoes, beans,
and seasoning mix to the meat mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat
to low and simmer for 30 minutes; serve.
NOTE: Use whatever topppers you like or try some of these: shredded cheese
or chopped onions and peppers, sour cream, tortilla chips or bread.
