Recipe - Ranchhouse Tortilla Bake

Ingredients:

1 cup Chopped onion
3 cup Cubed cooked chicken
4 tablespoon Butter
Salt and pepper
6 tablespoon Flour
12 Corn tortillas
1/3 cup Sour cream
2 cup Shredded jack cheese
Three fourths cup Salsa

Cook onions in butter until soft. Stir in flour. Add milk and sour cream,
cooking until thick. Stir in salso. Season to taste. Stir in chicken. Line
a buttered 12x8 baking pan with 6 tortillas; spoon in chicken mixture. Top
with remaining tortillas. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake at 375F for 3045
minutes, or until cheese melts and filling is hot. Can sprinkle with
chopped cilantro before serving, if desired. Enjoy
