Recipe - Ranch Style Baked Catfish Fillets

Ingredients:

2 pound Catfish fillets
1 Bottle ranch style salad
dressing
1 cn Onion rings
Salt and pepper to taste

Season fillets to taste. Dip fillets in salad dressing. Arrange in lightly
greased baking dish and top with onion rings. Bake at 350 until fillets
flake when tested with fork.
