Recipe - Ranch-Style Lentil Casserole

4 cup Cooked lentils
1 pound Ground beef
1 pack Onion soup mix
2 tablespoon Cooking oil
1 cup Catsup
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 cup Water
Preheat oven to 400degrees F.
Brown ground beef in oil and drain (you may not need oil at all to brown
the beef, use your judgement)
Stir in remaining ingredients. Place in casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
This freezes very nicely.
