Recipe - Ramp Salad

Ramps, cut fine
Salt, to taste
Ham Pieces
Vinegar
HardBoiled Eggs, cut or sliced up
Cook West Virginia mountain ramps until tender, but do not parboil. Season
with salt, ham fryings, and vinegar. Garnish with cut or sliced up , hardcooked eggs.
Serve warm as a salad.
