1 White Onion, cut into 1/8
inch dice
6 Plum Tomatoes, cut into 1/4
inch dice
2 lg Serrano Chiles, cut into 1/8
inch dice
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
One fourth cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves,
chopped
1 teaspoon Sugar
One fourth cup Tecate Beer
2 Mexican Limes, juiced
2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
A) Place the chopped Onions in a strainer, rinse with hot tap water, and
drain.
B) Combine all ingredients, except Salt, no more than 1 Hour before
serving. Mix well. Chill 3060 minutes.
C) Add Salt when serving. Serve with Tortilla Chips, Lime Wedges, and Iced
Cold Tecate.
