One fourth cup Butter
One half cup Finely chopped Onion
2/3 cup Finely chopped Green Bell
Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic, finely
chopped
1 cn (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom
Soup
1 cup Cooked Crab Meat
1 cup Cooked Shrimp
3 cup Cooked Rice
1 Jar (2 oz) chopped
Pimientos, drained
One fourth cup Finely chopped Italian
Parsley
2 teaspoon "Louisiana" Cajun Seasoning
One half teaspoon "Frank's" Louisiana Cayenne
Red Hot Sauce
One half cup Breadcrumbs
A) Start the rice.
B) Saute' onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic until limp.
C) Add soup and stir well.
D) Add crab meat, shrimp, hot rice, pimientos, and parsley. Mix well.
E) Pour into greased casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs.
F) Bake 20 minutes in preheated 400 degree oven.
