Recipe - Ramirez Hot Crab Spread

16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoon Milk
1 pound Fresh lump backfin crabmeat,
cooked
One fourth cup Worcestshire sauce
One half cup Chopped scallions, including
part of green tops
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Slivered almonds
Pepper to taste
Beat cream cheese with milk in bowl till smooth. Add crab meat,
Worcestershire sauce, green pepper, scallions, salt and pepper; mix well.
Spoon into small baking dish; top with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 15
minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Serve with crackers and toasted
bread rounds.
