Recipe - Ramen Noodle Casserole

1 pound Ground beef
1 Chopped onion
2 pack Beefflavored Ramen noodles
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 cn Cream of celery soup
One half cup (scant) milk
1 cn Sliced water chestnuts
1 cup Celery (optional)
One half cup Grated cheese
One half cup Grated cheese (yes, this is
supposed to be here)
Here is a delicious casserole that my cousin Laura Keown prepared for me
when my daughter was born. My family enjoys this.
Brown ground beef and chopped onion. Meanwhile, cook the Ramen noodles. Add
the beef flavor packet to the ground beef mixture. When beef is browned &
noodles are cooked, place both in casserole. Add soups, water chestnuts,
(optional) celery, and first One half cup of grated cheese. Mix. Top with second
One half cup grated cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 2025 minutes.
