2 tablespoon Oat bran
1/3 cup Rye flour
One half teaspoon Walnut extract
1 cup Warm water
FOR 1 LB
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
1 One half cup Bread flour
2 tablespoon Walnuts
2 tablespoon Golden raisins
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
One fourth cup Whole wheat flour
1 One half tablespoon Oat bran
One fourth cup Rye flour
One fourth teaspoon Walnut extract
6 One half ounce Warm water

(for machines with yeast dispensers use 3 One half tsp for the 1 One half pound loaf)
