Recipe - Raisin Pumpernickel Bread

1 One half cup Water
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Molasses
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
1 One half teaspoon Instant coffee granules
1 One half tablespoon Caraway seed
One half cup Cornmeal
1 One half cup Rye flour
2 cup Bread flour
2 teaspoon Yeast
2/3 cup Raisins
*** Add raisins at the beginning of the second kneading period!!!
Add ingredients to your bread machine according to the manufacturer's
instructions Wheat, Sweet, or Basic Cycle. Maked 1 One half pound loaf. This is a
moist, lowrising bread.
