Recipe - Raisin Pineapple Drop Cookies

One half cup Butter
One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 Egg
One half cup Raisins
Three fourths cup Crushed Pineapple, drained
2 One half cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
One half teaspoon Salt
Cream butter, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and cream
well. Stir in raisins and pineapple. Sift dry ingredients together. Add
gradually to cream mixture. Stir until well blended. Drop by teaspoons on
greased cookie sheets. Bake 1215 minutes in a preheated 375oF Oven.
