Recipe - Raisin Pear Streudel

Ingredients:

3 Pear, peeled & minced
One half cup Raisins
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Lemon juice
Three fourths teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/3 pound Phyllo dough, thawed
6 tablespoon Margarine, melted
One fourth cup Confectioner's sugar

In a bowl, toss pears, raisins, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, cloves and
salt.

On waxed paper, arrange a sheet of phyllo dough, Brush lightly with melted
margarine, and cut into 3 long strips.

Preheat oven to 375.

Place about 1 tablespoon of mixture at the end of each strip, and begin to
roll up jelly roll style.

Place roll, seam side down, on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush rolls with
melted margarine, and bake fro 2530 minutes, or till golden.

Sprinkle with some powdered sugar, and serve warm.
