REGULAR LOAF
Three fourths cup Water
2 cup White bread flour
1 tablespoon Dry milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Raisins
1 One half teaspoon Fast rise yeast **OR**
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
LARGE LOAF
1 One fourth cup Water
3 cup White bread flour
2 tablespoon Dry milk
1 One half tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Raisins
2 teaspoon Fast rise yeast **OR**
3 teaspoon Active dry yeast
+++servings are 8 for regular loaf, 12 for large loaf. HINTS: For whole
raisins in the bread, add the fruit at the beep on the fruit and nut cycle,
or after the first knead. If using rapid bake cycle, add raisins with other
ingredients. Be sure to follow loading instructions for your particular
bread machine. This recipe can be used with the regular, rapid, or delayed
