Recipe - Raisin Bread (Lacto)

9 ounce Skim milk
1 One half cup Whole wheat flour
3 tablespoon Gluten flour added to enough
Unbleached flour to equal
1*1/2*c
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Brown sugar
One half cup Raisins (could have used a
Lot more)
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
Place in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer and select
Light Crust.
