SIFTED POWDERED SUGAR OR IN CINNAMON SUGAR FILLING (RECIPE NO. D42), OR
DIP IN One half VANILLA GLAZE OR VARIATIONS (RECIPE NO. D46). PLACE GLAZED
DOUGHNUTS ON RACKS IN DRAIN.
