1 cn Marinated artichoke hearts
(6 oz)
1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed
(12 oz)
1 cup Diced bell pepper
One half cup Chopped red onion
One half cup Sliced ripe olives
3 tablespoon Finely chopped fresh basil
leaves

DRESSING
1/3 cup Olive oil
One fourth cup Creole seasoning mix
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
One half teaspoon Dried oregano
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One half teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Dried thyme leaves
1 Garlic clove, chopped
