Radishes With Sour Cream (Rediska So Smetanoi) recipe makes 1 Servings
15 small Round radishes, washed and
thinly cut or sliced up (up to 20)
1 Hardboiled egg, chopped
One fourth cup Sour cream
Sprigs fresh dill
Combine radish slices with egg and sour cream and mix well. Arrange on a
glass plate and garnish with dill. Serves 4
