Recipe - Rachels Zippy Fruit Salad

GLAZE
1 cup Honey
One half cup Lime juice
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 cup Mayonaisse (she used nofat;
or lowfat)
One fourth teaspoon Salt
FRUIT SALAD
1 Banana
1 Peach
1 Golden delicious apple
1 Pear
1 Star fruit
1 Mango
2 small Oranges
2 Kiwi fruit
1 Handful grapes
1 Handful blackberries

Mix honey and lime juice together. Add the ceyenne pepper. (Rachel says,
"DO NOT TASTE IT AT THIS POINT"!) Add mayonaisse and salt and wisk together
with a fork until blended. Peel, and slice the fruit. Sprinkle with lemon
juice.
Rachel says that she uses only enough to glaze the fruit, about one fourth
