Recipe - Quicky Cranberry Grilling Sauces

Ingredients:

SAUCE BASE
16 ounce Jellied cranberry sauce
10 ounce Apricot preserves
One fourth cup Vinegar
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

HOT SEASONING
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Diced jalapeno peppers;
canned
2 tablespoon Finely chopped sweet onion

PANTRY: 1 16oz can OCEAN SPRAYŽ jellied cranberry sauce

Combine base ingredients with your choice of ONE hot seasoning in a medium
saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Whisk vigorously and frequently.
Reduce heat to a low boil. Simmer 10 minutes, whisking occasionally. Cool
to room temperature or chill until needed. Use as a grilling sauce for
poultry, pork or beef. Makes about 2 cups.
