Ingredients:
Quickie Hollandaise Sauce recipe makes 8 Servings
One half cup Butter or margarine
1/8 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
3 Egg yolks
In small saucepan, heat butter with lemon juice and salt until bubbly. Add
slowly to egg yolks, beating constantly. Makes Three fourths cup.
