Recipe - Quick And Moist Sour Bread

5 cup Flour
2 2/3 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
One half teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Sugar
1 One half cup Sour Cream
12 ounce Light Beer
3 teaspoon Butter
Preheat oven to 350. combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and
sugar. Add sour cream and beer alternately, mixing well. Pour into greased
2 quart casserole. Bake 50 minutes. Melt butter and brush over surface of
bread. Bake 20 to 25 minutes more. Use the cake test for doneness. Serve
plain or toasted.
