Recipe - Quick And Easy Creamy Rice Pudding

1 One half cup Cooked rice
2 One half cup 0.5% milk
1 pack (small) of Jello 'Cook and
Serve' Vanilla pudding mix
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg

Combine milk with vanilla pudding mix. Add rice. Cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly until mixture is boiling. Remove from heat and stir in
cinnamon and nutmeg. Allow to cool. Then pour into individual serving
containers. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature. Serves 6.
