5 Chicken breasts; baked or
boiled (cut into bite size
pieces)
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
One half cup Sour cream
One fourth cup Picante sauce
2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
2 (up to)
3 cup Crushed corn chips; divided

Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, and picante sauce, mixing well. Spoon
One half mixture into lightly greased 2quart round casserole dish. Sprinkle
One half of cheese over first layer. Add One half of the corn chips. Repeat a second
layer by adding the rest of the chicken mixture, cheese and then the rest
of the chips. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 2025 minutes.
