Recipe - Quick And Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup Peanut butter
2/3 cup Sugar
1 Egg

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl combine peanut butter,
sugar, and egg; blend well.

2. Form dough into 1inch balls. Place 1One half to 2 inches apart on greased
baking sheets. Using a fork, press a crisscross pattern into dough.

3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.

Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
